Core Power Flow
Core Power Flow fuses elements of Flow Yoga, core conditioning, and awareness exercises, with the movement and freedom of a flow class. Core Power Flow is a great class to complement your weekly yoga or pilates routine. The class is set to energizing music with a focus on body toning movements and purifying asana and pranayama sequences that will bring you peace of mind. You will leave this class feeling energized, strong and empowered. Expect to have fun and sweat! This combination of strength training and Flow Yoga will have you feeling brighter, lighter and tighter.
